| At their recent Installation meeting the Provincial Grand Master was represented by Revd Walter Balmer, when Arthur Robinson, who is the Senior Warden of the Mark Province of West Lancashire, was very ably installed as Worshipful Commander by the outgoing Commander Eric Bulcock. | |

| At the last minute and in the unavoidable absence of DC, Maurice Evans, Ian Nairn, who is the Assistant Provincial Grand Master of the Mark Province stepped in to act as DC for the evening and must be thanked for doing a really fine job without any rehearsal. | |
